We booked for New Year's Eve, 31.12.14, but arrived to find the hotel completely closed. When we called the contact number, a child answered, and we got no response at all. I'd like to give zero stars. I hope it's improved since then.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we liked the location. Very nice, exceptional in a word.

Parking at the hotel was a real help, and the bathroom was fine and very clean. The room was spacious, but the lighting was weak and there weren’t enough lights. The TV was so tiny it was hard to watch from bed. There’s no minibar, which was inconvenient since the restaurant wasn’t open and they only served breakfast. The setting and views are lovely, though the dog beds were filthy, with poop left uncleaned.
