The place feels stuck in time, and the prices seem random. I'm lactose intolerant, so when we ordered two coffees, we asked if one could be made with soy drink, oat drink, or whatever they had. The response from someone with 20 years of customer-facing experience was, "if you want, you do it yourself." When it came to the table, they called it "the abnormal coffee." I have a 67% visual impairment and travel with my two guide dogs, who are trained and well behaved. A new law means I can now go into more places, but they're still stuck in the past here. They don't accept dogs. This isn't about age, years, or experience. It's about manners, and the workers and manager are the ones who shape a company's image................................................👏👏

The rooms were clean, and it's within walking distance of the beach, with a good base for visiting nearby places like Vejer de la Frontera. But at 100€ a night, I found it hard to overlook the lack of an outside-facing window. The only window was built into the door, and I wouldn't want to spend much time in the room.

There's a restaurant on site, and plenty more places to eat within a kilometer. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, with parking spots available on the property, and the beaches are nearby. Ours had a very faint musty smell, perhaps because the area gets very humid at night. The WiFi didn't work properly, though that wasn't a big deal for our one-night stay.
