The passing trash trucks were the worst part. They came through the same road all night, and the noise was quite bothersome. Even so, I thought this was great value, and in some ways better than the nearby AC L’illa and AC Victoria Suites. The air-con cooled the room quickly, while the heater reached the temperature I wanted within 15 minutes. I like being able to set it myself instead of having a system locked to preset settings. The location and price were great too. I was hesitant because of the middling reviews, but I’d stay again. A perfect AC Hotel for me.

We had a really comfortable, lovely stay at AC Irla. Sergio deserves a special mention. He was amazing, so helpful and accommodating when we made last-minute requests for activities, and his help made the experience even better.

Rooms were small and smelled bad, and there were little black dead insects all over the corridor floors (see picture). I wouldn’t do business with this hotel. Most of the staff were very arrogant, apart from the lady serving breakfast, and there was no flexibility for business users. Just don’t go there.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re efficient and very clean. We’d arranged for a room to be ready because we were arriving early in the morning, and it was. The front desk staff were very kind. It’s a lovely neighborhood, with lots of shops and places to eat. Diagonal is just a short walk away.

The rooms and the whole building were clean and cozy. Pablo and Edward made our stay so pleasant. They were helpful and gave us useful information about events around town that affected my trip.
