It’s a lovely, comfortable place for four, with a fully equipped kitchen and an open garden. There’s a Carrefour Express and Mercadona within walking distance, and it’s close to sagrada familia. Tidying the leaves could be a fun little job.

The owner’s attitude was terrible, and the location was the only upside. The whole place was damp, dirty and moldy, with an incredible stink throughout the accommodation. We woke up to cockroaches on the floor. Absolutely disgusting, never again.

We stayed at Alcam Loft Grassot from June 19th to 22nd, 2025. There was a strong sewage smell from the bathrooms as soon as we arrived, and live cockroaches started appearing the next day. On the night of June 20th, we came back to dozens crawling across the floor. We have photos and videos of it. The electronic lock stopped working because its battery had died, leaving us locked out for hours. We called several times, but nobody came right away. Ms. Nicoletta only showed up in the evening and confirmed the battery was the problem. The bathroom door also wouldn’t close, and the exhaust fan didn’t work, making the hygiene issues worse. This was a deeply disappointing stay. I absolutely don’t recommend the place because of the health, safety and management problems.
