We got confirmation that everything was in order and nothing had been damaged after our stay. Still, £50 was missing from the holding deposit refund. I've tried contacting the vendors several times, but no one has replied.

The host was friendly and flexible, and the apartment was clean with most of what we needed. It’s in a great spot in Barcelona, close to a lively street lined with restaurants and coffee shops. I had a really good stay and would consider coming back.

The staff at the agency were friendly, though getting there in person took a significant detour. I had to go because there was a small issue paying the security deposit online. The apartment itself was clean and well located.
