You get a decent location, and that's about all the value for your money. The service is trash, and I'm not exaggerating. The older lady is racist, and other reviews say she's very rude too. I won't stay at a BnB in any non-English speaking place again.

Watching Barcelona go by from our little terrace in the evenings was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and tapas bars nearby, including a busy local spot right underneath. The B&B was easy to find. The digital door key seemed unusual at first, but was simple once we got the hang of it. Our room was VERY clean, the sheets smelled fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but enough to get us going, with plenty of tea and coffee. The staff were kind and super helpful. I’d absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

The bed and breakfast were the only things worth a star each. The bathroom smelled, the beds were tiny, like children's rollaway beds, and the TV was a joke. Everything felt cheap and nasty. The woman who checked us in was unhelpful and belligerent. A terrible place to stay in one of the most glorious cities in the world.

Breakfast was modest but perfectly fine: coffee, orange juice, cake, packaged croissants, toast, eggs, and so on. The host was very friendly, and getting in was easy. Being so central in Barcelona means it can be loud at night, so we used earplugs to sleep properly. Still, it’s a loud city, and this place is worth staying at. I’d come back anytime.
