Our guests were made to add €200 to a bill they had already paid. As another review mentioned, charging a substantial extra fee at check-in seems to be common practice. In this case it was €25 per person, with unbelievable excuses.

We couldn’t check in until 5 PM even though we arrived at 4 PM, because they were delayed. The kitchen was stuffy with no ventilation, and the bathroom had only two rolls of toilet paper for at least eight people. We also got one key for two people. The listing promised two double beds, but we were given a bunk bed in a room just 6 x 2 meters, where two people couldn’t even stand up. There was no light, and the only “window” faced an enclosed patio with no ventilation. It felt like a maid’s room. A disaster.

What we were given bore no resemblance to the listing. I booked a room described as spacious, with a double bed for two, but found a tiny bunk-bed room instead. Going with your partner expecting a comfortable, romantic stay and ending up sleeping one above the other was awful. I also had to pay an extra supplement even though the reservation was for two, which felt completely unfair and misleading. When I raised my concerns, the manager was indifferent and insensitive. He literally told me to write whatever review I wanted because he didn’t care. There was no attempt to help, compensate us, or resolve anything. I felt cheated and dismissed, and the staff’s handling of it showed no professionalism or respect. The advertising doesn’t match reality, so I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. I wouldn’t buy it again even if it were free. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS.
