The rooms are spacious and the location is good, but the photos give the wrong impression. The bed frames need replacing: their slats keep breaking, even under a child's weight, and the bedding is in terrible shape. There’s also recurring water damage that has been poorly repaired. The managers promised compensation for the trouble, but nothing ever came. They haven’t answered despite several follow-ups. We were very unhappy with how this was handled.

Right in the center of Barcelona, the location is perfect. The place itself is really nice, but it’s a shame there’s no balcony.
6/10
Great location, but the cleaning service is awful.
