Aparthotel Napols

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a room without a balcony, even though the booking.com photos showed rooms with balconies. It turned out to be larger and quieter than the balcony rooms, so we were happy with it. We’ll stay here again.

The apartment was big and really clean, and we had a great time here with the kids. Even though our room was by the lifts, we didn’t hear noise at night. The two receptionists were friendly and very helpful, and the bedsheets smelled fresh and were very clean. The TV is small, but we weren’t in Barcelona to watch TV, so it didn’t bother us. For what I paid, we had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Honestly, I don’t know why the reviews are bad. I definitely recommend it.

The staff were very nice, and the apartments are in a great spot. You can walk everywhere from there, and the windows have a nice view.

The apartment was large, quiet, and had spacious rooms along with a fully equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning both worked well, too. It's centrally located and close to the underground, so it's a great place to stay. Just keep in mind that the apartments aren’t serviced. Cleaners take the rubbish out every day, but they don’t make the bed or change the sheets.
