We paid about what a four-star hotel would cost, expecting a comfortable place to rest during our few days in Barcelona. The apartment had a strong smell of smoke, its amenities were in poor shape, and the mattress was paper thin. My Space offered two replacement apartments with the same problems and wouldn’t refund us. The staff were friendly, but it felt like they were charging far too much for places like this. At a third of the price it might have been acceptable. For this amount, I’d choose a good hotel in a more central area. Don’t go, it feels like a scam.
2/10
The apartment was pretty battered, and the kitchen floor was odd. If you’re taller than 1.70 meters, watch your head so you don’t hit the ceiling. I’ve been trying for weeks to get my deposit back with no luck. That’s borderline criminal. Don’t stay there!
10/10
The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were really sweet and helpful. We had a good experience.
2/10
The apartment was really low quality, and that made the accommodation terrible. The staff were friendly, but it didn’t make up for the state of the place.
2/10
Overpriced and poor quality in BCN. Stay away if you don’t want your holiday screwed up.
