Aspasios City Oasis Apartments

The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the location great. The amenities made traveling with young kids easier, from the personalized note to the basics they left for us: dish and laundry soap, dishes, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and tea. There’s a bakery and coffee shop downstairs, and the metro is close by. Check-in and check-out were easy. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A terrible stay from beginning to end. The apartment was short on basics for our six days: there weren’t enough trash bags, the soap was inadequate, and there were no paper towels for drying. When I asked Esteban for a late check-out to make up for the delayed check-in, he refused and offered no alternative. The staff were rigid and unhelpful, and I was even threatened with forced eviction for being about half an hour past the 11:00 AM check-out time. That response felt hostile and absurd. I had been speaking with guest services since 11:00 AM, and they said early check-in might be possible if feasible. Nobody accommodated me, though, and I was left waiting outside because cleaning wasn’t finished until 4:10, after 4:00 PM. The cleaning also missed its schedule, which showed poor organization. Five hours between check-in and check-out for each guest is far too much idle time to spend on cleaning alone. Standard check-in globally is 2:00 PM, so a delay like this is completely unacceptable. The whole experience was extremely disappointing: rude, inflexible, unprofessional service. I strongly advise against booking with this host.

The apartment has a fantastic interior and everything you need for a short or long stay. It’s only minutes from the Metro, and getting in was very simple. The building felt safe and welcoming. Fabulous place and location, highly recommend, 10/10. We’ll definitely return. Thank you.

The location is as good as it gets, with a bakery and grocery stores near the building. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, including towels, a hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Entry felt secure, with codes for the main door, elevator and apartment door. I was very satisfied!
