Aspasios Sagrada Familia Apartments

This was our second stay, and the service was just as good as last time. Aspasios answered emails quickly, restocked the coffee pods, and sorted out a small toilet problem fast. The apartment was really clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a good coffee machine. There's a lovely view of the top of Sagrada Familia from the windows, and the metro, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all convenient. We had a great visit and would come back here or try Aspasios apartments in another city. Thanks.

We paid 344€ a night for seven days, and this place felt like a terrible deal. The first two days brought heavy rain, and water kept leaking through the ceiling. The only compensation was having a cleaner come tidy up and leave us pots, then they came back the next day to deal with it again. With people coming in two days in a row to repair the leak, we didn't feel safe leaving money or valuables in the apartment. One day a woman suddenly walked in and started looking around as if she owned the place. We didn't share a language, and her manner was rude. We were paying guests, so it was a real shock. The main room was larger, but stayed half wet, and I had to sleep separately from my husband because the bed was wet. The Sagrada Familia view wasn't much either. The whole trip left us with bad memories.

We were five in the three-bedroom apartment and still had room to spread out. It was clean, nicely decorated, and laid out well, with a spacious living room and little touches that made the stay feel special. Digital check-in was super easy. The entrance is partly hidden behind the bus stop, though, and we walked past it three times on the first day, so keep an eye out for the sign. The kids had a blast at the park just across the street and made new friends there. Sagrada Família is about a ten-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around for groceries and snacks. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop, with amazing views. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the apartment. Thank you.

Using an access code made the late check-in flexible and checkout completely hassle free. Customer service stayed available and helpful, even late in the evening. The apartment itself was comfortable and finished to a high standard, and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd recommend Aspasios to friends and family, and plan to stay with them again on our next Barcelona visit.
