The location was perfect, and the view and street were superb. Ripoll Apartments hosted the best holiday I’ve ever had. Thank you.

Dealing with Ripoll Apartments has been a nightmare. They’re refusing to refund me during a global lockdown, even though the apartment won’t be able to fulfill the contract. They insist their no-cancellation policy applies even in a force majeure situation. They don’t seem to care, and it feels like they’re trying to take my money. I think they may do the same to other guests. I love Barcelona, and there are thousands of places to stay, so I’ll find somewhere else next time. I’d advise others to save their time, energy, and money and do the same.
