B-Hotel

We got an early check-in when we arrived at noon, which was much appreciated. They also noticed I had my bike box and gave us a slightly larger room so we could store it. The room was clean and really nice, and the rooftop pool was spot on. The guy at the bar was very friendly. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. Booking an unfamiliar hotel can be a risk, but I'd give this one 10/10.

We've stayed here before, and this time booked a premium room. It was amazing, with a nice balcony and seats that were pleasant to use at any time of day or evening. We were on the top floor, just below the pool, which we were told was closed for refurbishment. They promised there'd be no noise, and that was true. It was a quiet floor, and I hope we get the same or a similar room next time. The hotel is right by the Bull ring shopping centre, with lots of good restaurants upstairs, great free views, and more snack places on the lower ground floor. The metro is there too, with all lines. There's a Starbucks coffee house below the hotel if you don't want a full breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms were contemporary, clean, and nice, and the pool bar has a great view. There's a Starbucks in the hotel, though local cafes are an easy walk away. The metro is close, and the museum and arena are accessible. I'd stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean, but there weren't enough power outlets at table height, so we could only boil water in the bathroom. The hotel is near the metro and some good local restaurants, though getting to most tourist attractions means taking public transport. At check-in, receptionist Anlesto told us breakfast would cost 12 euro per person per day. I asked again to make sure, and we thought that sounded reasonable, so we planned to try it the next morning. But after we'd sat down and started eating, we were told it was 17 euro per person, and that 12 euro was a special rate only if breakfast was included for the whole stay. Nobody had explained that to us beforehand. We weren't happy, and the receptionist asked us to prove he hadn't told us, then said we could go to the police if we wanted. That's not the kind of response or service I'd expect from a hotel. I would've rated it higher if this hadn't happened. Honestly, breakfast wasn't very good and wasn't worth what they charged. There are plenty of nicer restaurants nearby.
