Milà Apartamentos Barcelona

We had a great time and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully looked after, with everything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city.

The rooms were amazing: clean, spacious, modern, all good. The location wasn't bad either, within walking distance of sagrada famillia if you like walking. The metro wasn't especially close or far, and there were coffee shops and a good market nearby. The problem was the rude male staff member on the Monday 5/1 morning reception shift. He had the worst attitude and even hung up without answering my questions. The reception isn't in the same building, which is quite a hassle when you're tired after a long flight, carrying all your luggage, and have no transport between the buildings, especially with children. That staff member's rudeness turned my 5 stars into 1. I hope he wasn't rude because I'm a woman.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious two-room apartment that was clean throughout. Nearby there were plenty of supermarkets and shops, including pharmacies, bodegas, and clothing stores. We could walk to the iconic Sagrada Familia in about 20 minutes. The management was strict about keeping the kitchen clean and disposing of rubbish, which I can appreciate as a way to maintain standards. Still, the check-in could be improved. After a long flight, having to go to another location just to collect the keys was inconvenient. Our internet was slow, and it was difficult to reach customer service for help. Better communication would improve the experience for guests. Thanks for considering the feedback, and I hope these changes make future visits even more enjoyable.

The "luxury" terrace apartment had potential, but for the high price it was disappointing. The bathrooms needed maintenance, with black mold, and the terrace was dirty, with sand and dirty seats. It had no decoration, sun shade, or anything else. The kitchen was short on utensils. Overall, it looked and felt like any other high-turnover tourist apartment, and it was only OK.
