We couldn’t even open our bags in the cramped room, so we had to take them outside to unpack. The room we were given didn’t match the one shown on booking.com, and the owner wasn’t cooperative. For the price, this place is congested, with poor rooms and unfriendly service. It’s a hostel, not a hotel, and even the name starts the misleading impression. I’d strongly advise against coming here.

This is advertised as a hotel, but it’s a hostel or guesthouse, and they charge hotel prices. When I raised my concerns, the property didn’t acknowledge them, even though I’d given them a chance to respond before writing this review. The room is said to be climate controlled, but you may have to open the windows to manage the temperature and put up with street noise. The climate unit might be a heater or a cooler, and you’re left to figure out how to cope. Check that there’s hot water before you get in the shower. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms can also disturb your sleep, so bring earplugs. I felt the place was well below standard and advertised in a misleading way. I paid the price for it, and I hope this helps other people.

They gave me the wrong room, with a separate bed. The floor was cold and bare, there was no sound insulation from outside or inside, and the tiny TV didn’t work. They charged a price like a Hilton hotel in the UK.

The walls let through every sound, and the person next door made all kinds of noise at night. For what it costs, the whole environment was the worst. It left me with a bad impression of the city. Never again, I’ve blacklisted the place.
