The location was amazing, and communication was great, with an easy check-in. The apartment was very clean and had really useful amenities. The water didn't heat up well, so the showers were cold, and there was no heating. Even with those issues, we'd stay again.

Cockroaches everywhere, and the apartment was very dark. The service didn't feel professional, and €1,150 was far too much for what we got. Customer service never responded, or even apologized.

There are lots of shops nearby, and plenty to see on foot. The apartment was beautiful and clean, right in the center and 300 meters from the metro. The Ramblas is three metro stops away.
