The apartment is a good size for the price, especially given where it is. Sagrada Familia is 1200 meters away and the beach is 900 meters away, with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants all around. The building is new and nicely renovated, with central air conditioning. It can get noisy, though. Young German and especially English guests sometimes stay for a couple of days and shout at night, disturbing the surrounding area.
