The location worked well, with metro and bus stops on the street, and the luggage drop-off was handy. The room had towels, a kettle, and some kitchen things. Laundry service and an iron were useful, and breakfast was good and worth it to me. I was comfortable overall, though the price felt a little high. A few things got in the way. The old TV had no live streaming or YouTube, so the evenings got boring. Housekeeping came into our room several times without knocking, and I would have appreciated more privacy. The receptionists were difficult at times too. Staff told me more than once that I hadn’t paid for breakfast, though I had; three different staff members later apologized after checking. At check-in, the receptionist asked for a new payment card to register in the system but wouldn’t explain why, despite my asking several times. It was only explained when I asked again at checkout.

The reception team made a difficult moment much easier when our child became ill during the trip. They found a way for us to stay an extra night even though our room was already booked. When we were ready to travel again, they quickly got us a taxi and kindly waived the charge for that night. We’re very grateful for their support and kindness. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were comfy and relaxing, and everything was lovely even though we only stayed one night. The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful rooms. They take care of cleaning and the essentials like water, shampoo, and soap really well. The staff were super nice and available whenever we needed them. I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area!

We had a really pleasant four-night stay. The whole hotel, including our room, was super clean, and breakfast was nice. It’s not right in central Barcelona, but the quiet neighborhood suited us and the kids. The bus stop is just across the street, and we could get to the city center or airport quickly. The staff and the manager made sure we had the best stay they could.
