Bypillow Twenty

When the Middle East crisis broke out in early March 2026, I couldn't get to the Barcelona hotel. They proactively refunded my full booking, even though I'd reserved during the busy Mobile World Congress period. That's a rare and remarkable way to treat guests during a disruption. This will be my first choice next time I'm in Barcelona, for work or a holiday.

After traveling from Sydney through Amsterdam, Paris, and Venice for our honeymoon, Barcelona has been the highlight so far. The staff here have been the warmest and most welcoming we've met anywhere on the trip. Our room was spotless, beautifully kept, and a really relaxing place to come back to. We haven't been able to properly unwind like this in the other five countries we've visited. Easy 10 out of 10 from both of us, and we couldn't find anything to fault. Francisca, Victoria, and Celeste made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They explained everything carefully at check-in, were professional and kind, and kept being attentive throughout our stay. They were always ready to help and made it clear we could get in touch anytime. Thanks for making our honeymoon so memorable. We'll absolutely come back and recommend the hotel to family and friends. ✨❤️❤️‼️

Great central spot, and we'd stay here again on our next Barcelona visit. Even though we were only there for one night, the hospitality felt like a five-star boutique hotel. We arrived very early in the morning, exhausted from jet lag, and they kindly had our room ready a few hours before check-in. When the receptionist heard we had to leave at 7 AM the next day, he arranged a taxi and packed our included breakfast with coffee to take away. We didn't have to sort out a thing.

Yesica at the front desk helped make this a perfect holiday, thank you so much. You were amazing 👏🏼. The location was amazing too, and all the staff were very nice and professional.
