There’s plenty of space, and the location is great, but the soundproofing is poor. We were six people having dinner, with no music or children, and the neighbors still called the agency every night at 10:05 PM to ask them to stop making noise. It felt like they objected to tourist rentals as a matter of principle.

My experience with Casa Cosi in 2020 was very bad, even though the company initially seemed reputable. I booked Casa Cosi Sants in March and paid a €282 deposit. Covid and the lockdown forced the stay to be canceled. By email, the company said it would refund the money or let me use it for another stay, but none of my several messages since then has received a response. They haven’t followed through, so I can’t call the company reputable.

Getting in touch with the rental company was easy, and the apartment itself was wonderful, with a location that couldn’t be beat. I spent a weekend there and was absolutely delighted. We’ll definitely come back.

I’d happily stay here again. The apartment is ideal, and the location is excellent. Highly recommend it.

It’s close to the metro and right across from one of the neighborhood’s traditional covered markets, with amenities nearby.
