CASP74 Apartments

The rooms were spacious, the staff were kind, and the location was great. I gave four stars because I got insect bites from the bed duvets and mattresses. A week later, I still have marks on my skin. The hotel should consider spraying the rooms and common areas.

We stayed four people in a one-bedroom apartment, and it was fine. It was quiet and up high, with lots of pleasant brunch places nearby. Noise insulation was only okay: we could hear people in the hallway at night, though not much through the walls. The receptionist could have been friendlier.

You can walk to famous restaurants and tourist attractions within 30 minutes, and the hotel's location is excellent. The newly built building also feels very clean. There are details that need attention, though: dust had built up under the bed, part of the shower door's rubber seal had come off and let water leak, and noise carries between floors.

The location puts you in the middle of almost everything, with places reachable on foot in 20-30 minutes at most. But the rooms aren't soundproof, so you hear music, cars, and shouting all the time. Nights aren't very quiet.
