The apartment was pretty nice, with two floors and two rooms, each connected to a bathroom with a spacious shower. The small kitchen was fairly well equipped, too. Check-in was terrible. We arrived at a locked building door with no clear way in, and had to call the number on the door for the entry code. It took several calls before anyone answered, and the person on the phone was very hard to understand. Once we got the code, we had to use a slow check-in machine and spend time figuring out how to get the key. Our apartment was a few meters away from that building. There were three of us but only one key, which we needed for both the building entrance and the apartment door.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, but getting in was awful. We arrived at a locked door without any instructions. It took several tries before the number we called even rang, and then the machine gave us the wrong directions for finding the keys and apartment. The phone nearby didn't work either. We later found there weren't enough linens, and no one answered when we asked for more. The location wasn't great, though there is a metro nearby.

Do not stay here. We were locked out of the building and had to wait for someone to let us in, only to discover the code for our room had also been changed. We tried to contact the host countless times, but got no answer. They have read our messages and still haven't replied. All our belongings, including money and passports, were inside while we waited at the apartment door, hoping for a response. With our flight the next day, we were scared and anxious the whole time. We contacted the police, but they couldn't reach the host either. In the morning we had to get a locksmith, collect all our things, and rush to the airport to catch our flight. Very disappointing.

We were locked out from 10pm until 10am the next morning, with our money, passports, and luggage trapped inside. Nobody replied when we tried contacting the owners all night, and the police couldn't help. We finally paid a locksmith $600 to get the door open. This happened last week, and we still haven't heard a word from the owners. We had to sleep on the street outside the place we'd paid for, the night before our flight. The check-in process had already been ridiculous and almost impossible. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and the worst experience of my life. Please don't give this company your business.
