I selected a double bed on the website, which lets you choose between a double and twin beds, but the room had twins. Reception were rude and completely unhelpful when I called. If I’d known I’d get twin beds, I would’ve booked somewhere else. What’s the point of offering the choice if you get whatever you’re given and they act like your confusion is an affront? I wouldn’t give this hotel chain my money again.

The friendly check-in team and satisfying breakfast made the stay pleasant, and the central location was handy for exploring Barcelona. Still, the nightly price felt a bit high for the facilities. The lobby is quite small, and the premium family room felt cramped, with too little space to justify the premium rate.

I was there for just two days, but I’d recommend this very good hotel. The rooms are good and breakfast is very good too. It’s not cheap, but it isn’t too expensive either 🙂

The view was wonderful, and the staff were super nice. It’s a really awesome hotel, with good amenities and very good cleanliness. My only complaint is there’s just one garbage can.

The food was really good, and the service couldn’t have been better. Staff were great, and so was the room. Everything we needed was there, and it was all very clean and organized. 10/10
