The rooftop terrace was a real plus, and the apartment was clean with air conditioning that worked well. We stayed five days, though, and got just one towel for the whole visit. The couch they call a sofa bed was a regular couch and far too uncomfortable for several nights, especially on our backs, so I don't think the place should be listed for five people. There was a strong weed smell in the shared parts of the building, which made it feel uncomfortable and a bit unsafe. We didn't have any trouble from the other residents until a neighbor shouted insults at us and threatened to call the police while we were sitting quietly on the roof. Apparently the neighbor has an alcohol problem. It left us feeling unsafe. The host responded quickly and professionally afterwards, which we appreciated. The terrace and location give the apartment potential, but after this stay we wouldn't come back. For five days, we'd rate it about 2-3 stars.

The host was incredibly quick to respond, and the location put us right in the middle of things, with plenty of places to eat and shop just downstairs. The apartment has modern amenities in a beautiful historic building. We had a great time in Barcelona and would happily book it again on our next trip.

The cinema room was a nice extra, and the layout worked well for our family of five, including our three college-aged kids. Belen’s apartment was beautifully designed and in a perfect location. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We got helpful tips for tapas, getting around, and places to visit. The apartment was comfortable and really clean, and its central location was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

The balcony overlooking the street was lovely, and the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night for such a central spot. There are lots of food options nearby, and the metro is an easy walk away. Casa Batllo and other major attractions are also within walking distance, while Sagrada Familia is only a few minutes away by bus. Inside, the apartment is simple but elegant, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were easy to reach and communication was smooth. We didn't want to leave, and we'd happily come back.
