Centric 2 Bedroom Apartment With a Private Lovely Terrace

I rented two apartments for my family while we were in town for my wedding, and the service was dreadful. Getting the keys was complicated, staff were hard to reach, and they had to be contacted so they could come do the check-in inventory. The person who met us was unpleasant. On my wedding day, a shower burst and flooded the apartment. No one responded for more than four hours. Their solution was to ask us to move across town just two hours before the wedding, and they were rude while I was trying to get ready and had other things to deal with. We had problems with both the apartments and the service. The staff were unprofessional when things went wrong, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. Worst apartment rental service in Barcelona. Don't go there.

The bedrooms were clean, and the little living room felt cozy, though the WiFi was slow. There was a small courtyard terrace where we could sit with wine and smoke in the evening. The kitchen was small and had what we needed to cook, except wine glasses. We were in room 13 on the first floor, and the accommodation was excellent. Ruben arrived on time with the keys for check-in and was nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

It's a basic, clean ground-floor apartment for four, with a large bathroom and a shower. A hairdryer is provided, and the kitchen has the essentials. Public transport serves the area well. The only real drawback was how little natural light there was. Good value for the money.

It was fine at first, but the service let things down. Check-in was only available during very restricted hours, the heating was awful, and the bathroom wasn't comfortable. Quite a few details need attention.
