We spent six months in a lovely second-floor apartment in this building, and I still can’t think of anything negative about either the apartment or the building. Having stayed in several other Barcelona apartments, this was easily the best one. The apartment itself was great, with top-class appliances that were regularly maintained and updated. The management team was amazing, especially the building manager Toni, who was always there to help. The agency was methodical and fair, following all government procedures around deposits and the rest. The building is in a very friendly part of Gracia, right around the corner from the placa Vila de gracia.

The hostess was amazing, and the apartment was very nice. Great location too.

A nice place right in the heart of Gracia. The only issue was a leak in the shower, which left the bathroom flooded.

The flat is amazing and in a great location. I’d highly recommend it for a small family with 3 kids.
