Aspasios Charming Flats

We felt very safe here, and the flat’s original tiling and fresh, dust-free feel were a big plus, especially since both my kids have dust allergies. We enjoyed the holiday so much that I’d stay here again if I return to Barcelona. There are two balconies, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartment was tidy, the Wi-Fi fast, and there are pharmacies and shops around the corner. It’s a minute’s walk to the L3 line and the bus, and we used the metro to get everywhere. We also walked to restaurants and the arena shopping centre. The only small hassle was waiting for the hot water to heat up. The customer service was excellent: we arrived at the airport at 9pm, called the number provided, then called again at the apartment and got instructions on how to enter. We didn’t need to contact them after that. Staying here made our holiday a great one. Loved it.

Aspasios customer service was easy to reach by phone or email and very accommodating, even letting us store our luggage after check-out. The apartment was clean and spacious, and worked well for our group of four. It had everything we needed for a short stay in a nice neighborhood close to the metro. We had a very pleasant stay. Thanks, Aspasios!

We had a lovely weekend in Barcelona at the Aspasios Charming Flats. The apartment was stylish and spacious enough for three friends, and check-in was quick and easy. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Fountain and around 20 minutes to Barcelona Cathedral.

The apartment was nicely appointed, and the building had lovely features. The lift was handy, given the narrow stairs. We were comfortable as a group of four, with shops, bars and cafes all around and Plaze Espana, the shopping centre and Aerobus stops within walking distance. I’d happily stay again. The problem was check-in: it wasn’t until after 2pm, so we spent a few hours waiting with our bags, and no one replied to our message asking where we could leave them.
