We couldn't sleep at all during one of the four nights we stayed. Downstairs there were homeless people and drug dealers talking and partying until morning, and the place was very dirty. The hotel didn't want to help us call the police or do anything about it. It felt dangerous.
People were dealing drugs and sleeping on the street at this dangerous corner. To get into the apartments, I had to step around a mattress with someone sleeping on it.
It was scary coming back to the apartment each day. There were always homeless people and others using or selling drugs right at the door.
Like other guests have said, the entrance was dirty when we arrived. A homeless man and other people were occupying the doorway, with rubbish piled up there. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
The apartment was roomy, clean, and well kept, with good value for the price. It had air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. The location is right in the city center, a short walk from Plaça de Catalunya. The little street can have people sleeping outside, but it was quiet and felt completely safe. Check-in is handled online, with no reception at the property, though the phone and online support were very efficient. There are underground parking garages nearby that you can book ahead.
