Our dog was made to feel welcome right away. The staff gave her lots of attention, and there were toys, treats, and a bed waiting in our room for her. They were kind, cheerful, and so accommodating throughout our business trip with our one-year-old Labrador, who’s training to be a companion dog. The hotel has a distinctive, interesting look, somewhere between a museum and a hotel, and our room was surprisingly spacious for such a central spot. It was spotless, and the location was easy to get around from, with good restaurants and shops close by. The gym, hammam-style sauna, rooftop pool, and full spa were all available, though I didn’t get to try the spa this time. We ate at both the bar and the main restaurant and enjoyed them. The service was unmatched, and I think the place deserves a Michelin star. I’ll stay here again.

Eric, Edurne, Ossama, Hamid, and Marcio made sure every detail was taken care of, and their enthusiasm for both the hotel and their city came through in the service. It was lovely to see young people bring back that old-fashioned style of care in such a fast-moving world. Thanks, guys. We’ll come see you next year. The Claris Hotel and spa made our Barcelona trip even more special. The hotel feels like a work of art, and it’s truly luxurious. My wife and I fell more in love with Barcelona at every turn.

10/10
The room was spectacular, but the people were what stood out most. Everyone seemed happy and full of energy as they helped us. Eric from Guest Services was especially helpful and knowledgeable when arranging restaurant suggestions for us. The reception team, doormen included, were brilliant. We had a fantastic stay at The Claris Hotel.

The hotel was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent. We’d suggest serving breakfast on the rooftop terrace. We especially won’t forget how extraordinarily kind the staff were, and they upgraded us to give our baby more room. We absolutely loved our stay at the Claris hotel.

The staff’s genuine hospitality is what turned a great stay into a memorable one. The location is hard to beat for seeing the city: Passeig de Gràcia is just steps away, while Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are only a short walk.
