The front room had ants all over it, which was the one real downside. Otherwise, this was excellent value during the high season, when hotel prices were outrageous. We were outside the city center, in a more residential area, and it felt like living like locals. There was a nearby grocery store, a laundromat downstairs, and Moro park for the kids. The six of us, including two grandparents, had plenty of space for everyone and our suitcases. The place was clean, had good WiFi, a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and household amenities. There's a lift for heavy bags. The staff were very nice and let us leave our bags there while we were on our cruise.

They let us leave our bags before check-in, and the service was nice, with quick replies. The apartment had what we needed, including a kitchen and utilities, plus two toilets. The shower was a little wonky, but it worked.

Be careful with the €300 deposit. The manager said a neighbor in the building opposite had complained about noise, and they used that as their reason for keeping it. I don't think that's a valid reason, and it felt like they were robbing us. The apartments also didn't look as nice as the pictures. On top of that, we were told both rooms we'd rented would be ready at 11am, then the time changed to 11:30. In the end, we waited until 3pm to get one of the apartments. I don't recommend renting here.

The place was clean and spacious, which I liked. It was a bit noisy outside, though, and using a sink while someone was showering left barely any water coming out of the shower, like a little rain.
