Cosmo Apartments Sants

The staff were great, but the location felt a little far from most sights. We stayed in May 2025. The rooms were only okay: roomy, but noisy, warm, and bright at night from the street. The beds were very firm. I can't remember whether there's AC.

The Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, so we couldn't use it in the bedroom. We were there just one day, and when I complained, someone else was checking in, so they politely said they'd sort it out. An hour later I called reception and was told it couldn't be fixed then. Guests need decent internet, and this is such a basic thing to have sorted before we've paid in full. Very poor service.

The apartment was amazing, in a great location, and even came with a cleaner. Getting there took a bit of waiting and hassle, but I'd still highly recommend it.

The location was the only good thing about this place. The rooms were in terrible shape for the price, and it felt like a rip-off. The furniture and rooms were badly outdated, the curtains were broken, the toilet was filthy, and the walls were stained, with chewing gum stuck to one. The sheets smelled bad too, and the cleaning was unacceptable. We booked two nights but left after one, when our son needed to rest, and checked out early the next morning for another hotel. This was one of my worst accommodation experiences and the most disappointing stay I've had. I'd strongly advise avoiding it.
