November 22, 2024. Need two working toilets or extra pillows? You won't get either here. We booked this place specifically to have two usable bathrooms, but one toilet was broken when we arrived. They hadn't warned us or moved us somewhere else, which might have let us get a refund. Their suggestion was to shut the door if the sound of running water bothered us. A plumber was supposed to come the next day around 3 pm, but showed up at 11:45 am, stayed five minutes, and left. The toilet flushed once, then started running again. The host said they'd tell the plumber, but neither he nor the host followed up. The apartment is old, dated, and worn. The sofa footrests are taped up, and the bedroom drapes are falling down and don't block light. The kitchen smelled awful, probably from a vacuum and dirty cleaning shoes stored in the closet, and the dishwasher smelled mildewy too. We asked three times where to put the trash and got no answer, so we walked down the street until we found bins. The air conditioning shuts off after three hours, which is annoying in any season. Beds are terrible, with thin, ragged mattresses as hard as rocks. The listing should make it clear that all six beds are single or twin size. Don't expect anything else. There's only one flat pillow per bed. They have no extras, just heavily stained throw pillows in a closet. The dryer is the EU type with no exhaust and doesn't dry clothes all the way, so you have to hang them up to finish. Would I stay again for the location? Maybe, but knowing all this, absolutely not. I'd look for a place nearby instead.

The location is a real plus, right in the centre with easy access to the city's facilities. Opening the balcony door does let in some traffic noise, though. Inside, the beds and sofas are old and worn enough that you can feel their springs, and there's no coffee table. One bathroom sometimes smelled of sewage, and a bedroom door wouldn't shut. With the apartment in this condition, it feels much too expensive. A few improvements could make it a very inviting place, which makes the state of it a shame.

December 26, 2019. I'm here with my family of four, and I'm writing my first review because I've never come across this much rudeness and arrogance. The apartment is unfit to live in. The door handles are coming off, the floor is as filthy as a barn, and everything in the kitchen is sticky. I was afraid to touch the kettle. But none of that compares to the sewer disaster here. The smell is nauseating. We asked for a refund or another place to stay, and both the booking company and Booking refused. Never book these apartments. Never!

Very clean family apartment in the city centre, close to Catalonia Square, with lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store across from Lavis. The metro and other public transport are easy to reach. It has a kitchen with utensils, a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, plus central air conditioning. The living room has a TV corner and dining table. In the sleeping area there's a main bedroom with a shower and toilet, a children's room with two beds, and a small nursery with bunk beds. Each guest gets a set of towels, and there's an elevator in the building. Recommended for families with children.
