Such an incredible concert by Stacey Kent and her musicians. The sound was perfect, and the cosy, intimate setting made it a really happy moment. Thank you, madame.

The music and the room's design were great. My friends and I even said it didn't feel like Barcelona, like we'd been transported somewhere else. We'd bought tickets for an artist we knew, so we enjoyed the music. I want this place to stay open, which is why I'm writing this. The trouble was the way things were handled. All the cocktails were watered down. At €12 each, you'd expect to taste at least a little alcohol, but they were like soft drinks. Halfway through the show, just as I was getting into it, someone tapped my shoulder to ask if we wanted more drinks. I said not yet, and she immediately asked me to pay. I paid so I wouldn't complain and miss more of the show. After it ended, they were setting up for a disco dance party. We asked to order another drink, but were told we had to go outside, pay another cover charge, and come back in for the next show. They need to get a better feel for hospitality and how an evening should flow. Barcelona could use a jazz club with this kind of atmosphere and a good talent booker, but they need to make some changes to survive. I'll probably come back for another show and see if I can update this. I wish them all the best.
