Enjoybcn Sagrada Familia Apartaments

We slept undisturbed on the top floor, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, though not very large. There’s a rooftop terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia. The self service check in was easy, and housekeeping came regularly. Just downstairs, we found Spanish restaurants, supermarkets, and a KFC, and Gaudi's buildings, including Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà, and Casa Batlló, are only 50 meters away. Very good value for money, and I’d recommend staying here.

As a neighbour of one of their apartments, I had a terrible experience. Past midnight, guests were playing music and shouting loudly. When I politely asked them to lower the volume, they became aggressive. I called the company, but nothing was done until I said I would call the police. They rely on a “Room Monitor” noise sensor, which clearly isn’t enough to make sure guests follow the community rules. Neighbours are left unprotected, and the company takes no responsibility for the disturbances its guests cause. Unprofessional and unsafe. I’d never recommend booking with them.

The decor was beautiful, and I found the comfort I’d been looking for. Check in went smoothly, with no problems, and my time there was peaceful and pleasant.

We paid approx 1300 Euros for three nights and left feeling misled. The listing described a “luxurious” stay, but the property and surroundings fell far short of that. The apartment didn’t feel private or peaceful, with an elevator directly behind it and people constantly walking and making noise. The washing machine stopped partway through its cycle, leaving our clothes wet, so we had to take them to another laundry facility. From the balcony, all we could see was clothes hanging everywhere, with some items fallen down. That was completely unacceptable for a luxury rental. We won’t stay here again and would recommend others make the same choice.
