Feelathome Center Apartments

We paid for a two-bedroom apartment for three nights, August 17 to August 20, for me, my husband, and a friend. Instead, the stay turned into a disaster that wasted our time and ruined our Barcelona trip. At first the apartment looked decent, but we soon found dead insects in the living room, live ones in the bathroom, and, worst of all, bed bugs in Bedroom 1. Customer service sent two cleaners, but the pests were still there. They then said they'd never had this problem before and couldn't do more. When we asked to cancel, they wouldn't guarantee a refund, so we felt trapped. They insisted we move to Apartment 2 for one night and then Apartment 3, despite our objections, because of earlier bookings. Apartment 2 was a studio, not the two-bedroom we'd paid for. It had one queen bed and a terrible sofa that didn't convert, so one of us spent the night on an uncomfortable couch. Customer service said they hadn't realized it wasn't a sofa bed. The following day Apartment 3 wasn't ready when we got back, so we left our luggage and went to explore. At around 11 PM, the access link they gave us was wrong, leaving us on the street without our things. After a very long international call, we learned their system was outdated and couldn't give us access. There were more delays before we finally got in. Apartment 3 was also the wrong size, a one-bedroom rather than the two-bedroom booked, and again one of us had to sleep on a sofa bed. They said they'd reimburse the taxi ride, but nothing has been paid. We also paid for two taxi rides to move between apartments they made us use. I left my phone charger at Apartment 2. They said they'd found it but wouldn't send it, only offering to return it the next day after 10:30 AM. We had to leave for our flight at 8 AM, so it wasn't returned to me in person. They gave it to my friend, who lives in another country and still has it, so I had to buy a new charger. After checkout, they offered a 15% refund, even though we paid for a two-bedroom for three nights and spent one night in a studio and two nights in a one-bedroom. We haven't received any money back or compensation. This was a complete failure of customer service and an outrageous mockery of compensation. They could have told us what kind of apartments we were being moved to, or agreed to cancel and refund us when we asked. Moving us without explaining that the places didn't match our booking didn't help solve the situation they created. If you want to fix this, you have my email and number.

Stadium apartments are new, clean, and impeccable. We were impressed by the location and how well public transport connects it to all parts of the city. We'll definitely book again!

The only solution management offered was to charge us extra for a transfer, even though we'd already paid an exorbitant rate for the apartment. Our stay in one of their Barcelona apartments was a nightmare. It was dark and had no windows, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and construction in the apartment above made noise early in the morning while we were on vacation. Management offered no real solution. A disgrace. Don't rent from them!

We booked a two-bedroom apartment at Passatge Maiol in Barcelona, expecting one bedroom to have two single beds. Instead, one room was a cramped little space with a bunk bed and no window. My children barely fit on the mattresses, and the ceiling was so low you could practically hit your head on it. None of the booking photos matched what we got. It felt like a complete rip-off. I don't recommend this company and will never book accommodation with them again.
