The place was filthy when we arrived, and the beds were so bad it felt like we could fall off the edges. The AC was broken, and the host took two days to fix it. For both nights, my whole family had to sleep in one bed because the apartment was like an oven. One outside door wouldn’t close properly. The floors turned our feet black from day one, there were dead bugs on the nightstands, and the bathrooms were full of mosquitoes. The toilet kept running and the shower sputtered. There were hardly any cooking utensils. I travel for a living, and this was one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed. You’d be better off at a one-star motel. Never again!
