Grand Hyatt Barcelona

We paid €40 each for a 90-minute spa session without staying at the hotel. It was peaceful and left us feeling refreshed. The space is roomy, with lots of natural light and lovely greenery outside the windows, which makes for a calming atmosphere. After using the water facilities, we spent time lying down and relaxing in the rest room.

The rooms were excellent, stylish, and really comfortable to sleep in. I loved the rooftop bar and restaurant, and the pool area was great. The grill was excellent too, while the coffee shop had a relaxed feel. It’s a great luxury hotel, a little outside central Barcelona. The pool food and drink service and rooftop bar have limited opening hours. It would’ve been nice to get a coffee with a view over Barcelona or a poolside cocktail after 5pm. There’s room for improvement there.

After a long, stressful travel day, the warm welcome from Melanie and Christian at the front desk made our arrival at Grand Hyatt Barcelona a memorable start to the trip. They greeted us with kindness and professionalism, answered our questions patiently, and made us feel valued. They even surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, but their thoughtful, genuine hospitality is what made the stay special. Melanie and Christian are wonderful representatives of the Hyatt brand and deserve recognition. Thank you both, we’ll remember your kindness and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at this Grand Hyatt. The whole property has been newly renovated, and our room was gorgeous, with a large, comfortable bed. As a Globalist member, we got an upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite. Coco was super nice at check-in and made me feel valued as a Globalist. The status also comes with several other perks, including a daily Tapas Bar.
