The neighborhood felt safe and fairly quiet, but there were metro stops nearby and it was easy to get around. There’s also a great café around the corner, Santagloria, for coffee and pastry if you’d rather skip hotel breakfast. We spotted some beautiful architecture nearby, including the impressive historic medical faculty building just down the street. Our room was surprisingly quiet, even after the Barcelona vs. Real Madrid match. It had a lovely terrace overlooking apartment buildings, a comfortable bed, and a large shower. The handheld shower pressure was a little disappointing, but the rainfall shower was excellent. Rooms aren’t huge, though they’re a comfortable size for a couple who’ll spend most of the day exploring. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, check-in was quick, and they welcomed us with a glass of cava. We arrived early, too, and they gladly stored our luggage so we could head out. This was a great home base for Barcelona, and we’d happily stay again.

My wife had the best birthday, thanks to all the effort from the staff. On the day itself, there was cake with a candle and more cava at breakfast, then treats and cava in our room that evening. Even the room service receipt said happy birthday. Clara, Nicholas, and everyone from the bar, breakfast, and reception were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and wished her a happy birthday. We usually stay at Hilton hotels, and this was our first time at an H10, but the service was just as good, if not better. The hotel had everything we could want, including umbrellas to borrow for rainy days. The food was beautiful, the hotel was lovely, and we’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it. It was our first visit to Barcelona, in January, for my wife’s birthday. Before we arrived, I emailed to mention both occasions, and the staff were amazing from the start. Clara on reception replied with directions, transport options, and likely costs, and said they’d try to make the visit special. Getting there was easy. The hotel is very central and beautifully decorated, and we were welcomed with cava at reception. Nicholas was equally brilliant: he confirmed a room upgrade and gave us more cava to take upstairs. Our room had a coffee machine, water, and a fridge, plus a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

We spent four nights in a larger balcony room and one in an interior room without a balcony. Both were laid out nicely and worked well. Even the smaller room was practical and met our expectations. The staff were warm and accommodated all our needs and requests. Karla at reception had great suggestions. It’s a great hotel in a great neighborhood, close to amazing restaurants and within walking distance of bus stops, metro stations, Casa Batlló, and Casa Mila. We’d come back.

Clara and Nico were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more special. The H10 Art Gallery in Barcelona has a modern, elegant feel, with beautiful artistic details throughout. It’s in a calm, sophisticated area, close to great restaurants, shops, and many of the city’s main attractions. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of fresh options, and I loved relaxing on the rooftop after exploring the city. A wonderful experience that made the trip even more memorable. I’d definitely stay again.
