The restaurant meal was poor and took a long time, and one woman working at the reception bar was rude and abrupt. Lunch at that bar was okay, but nothing special. The rooftop pool and bar, on the other hand, were excellent, with friendly staff and generous pours. Rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely presented. The location worked well for me, as I could walk wherever I wanted to go, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay again, but wouldn’t eat at the restaurant.

Breakfast was fine for our two-night stay: the fried eggs were good and the sweet pastries delicious. The scrambled eggs weren’t really to my taste, and over a longer visit the choices might get monotonous. A live station where a chef makes fresh eggs or omelets would bring breakfast up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel, with an excellent location, spacious clean rooms, and exceptionally comfortable beds. The amenities were great, especially the fitness center and rooftop pool. We’d return for a short trip or even a longer one, though for a longer stay we might skip breakfast.

The location was great, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, and we couldn’t fault the hotel. We checked in on 12th May for three nights, three of us sharing a room to celebrate the other two ladies’ 70th birthdays. We were given a welcome drink and told we’d been upgraded to a junior suite. It was lovely, bright, and spacious, with a huge, very well-equipped bathroom. Then they brought us a bottle of fizz and a chocolate cake. Everyone, from reception to the breakfast room, was friendly and courteous. Thanks, H10 Marina, for making our stay and the two 70th birthdays so special and memorable. We’d definitely stay again.

The rooftop and pool were amazing, wow. There’s a gym and spa as well, and airport pickup made things really convenient. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, and the location was great. A fantastic stay!
