After our cruise, we had a late flight, and the hotel kept our luggage so we could enjoy another full day in Barcelona without worrying about our bags. That was a big help and much appreciated. We spent most of our time exploring the city and didn’t make full use of the amenities, but everything else exceeded expectations. Staff were attentive, friendly and professional, always ready to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained; it and the shared areas had a fresh, pleasant scent that made the hotel feel welcoming and upscale. There were welcome drinks and candies too. H10 Urquinaona Plaza is ideally placed for walking to Las Ramblas, the metro, good coffee shops and plenty of tapas bars. We had an excellent stay and would gladly come back. We highly recommend it.

The location is fantastic, and the welcome drinks and sweet treats were a lovely touch. On my second trip to Barcelona, I spent 4 wonderful nights here and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Eddie was especially supportive and helped us sort out a problem during the stay. I’m very grateful to him. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Barcelona and highly recommend the hotel.

The room was about the usual size for Europe in my travel experience, smaller than in the States but cozy enough. We loved the fantastic balcony and beautiful garden, and the decor and lighting were tasteful. Outdoor furniture was comfortable, with blankets provided. The small bar and restaurant were charming and fairly priced. Staff were outrageously friendly, and when a couple of issues came up, they fixed them quickly. We picked the hotel because it was a perfect spot for exploring Barcelona on foot, with dozens of places to see just a short walk away. On arrival, staff greeted us fluently in multiple languages and offered to hold our luggage while we went to a restaurant and they got our room ready. Before we headed out, an employee sat with us and marked up a map to make exploring easier. It was a positive stay, and we’ll recommend it to friends travelling to Barcelona.

We had a terrace room, which was a perfect place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. The bar and restaurant were great, and I’d definitely choose the breakfast option again. It sets you up for the day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting around Barcelona, with the Metro station just across the road and good connections across the city. A fabulous hotel. Many thanks to everyone, and we’d happily stay again.

The balcony was a highlight of our very nice, clean room, and the location made it easy to explore the nearby sights. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good range of choices. The sink was outside the bathroom in the sleeping area, and there wasn’t much storage for bathroom things, which was a bit inconvenient. Even so, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. We had a great stay and would gladly book again. ☺️
