The bathroom had a nauseating smell that spread into the bedroom next door and made sleeping very uncomfortable. The flat itself was older and more basic than the photos from the agency suggested, especially given how much we paid. We told the agency we didn't want to stay for the whole booking and asked for a refund. They apologized and said they understood, but then left us a very negative review claiming the bathroom didn't smell. That's unprofessional and unfair, especially since they didn't refund even the night we stayed, despite the large amount we paid for that smelly, ugly apartment. I don't recommend it.

It didn't look like much from outside, but inside the apartment was a good size, clean and practical. The representative was informative and answered our questions. Our place in Sant Antoni was well located for walking to everything we needed, and we'd definitely use them again.

The apartment was great, with a lovely location in a safe area full of bars, shops and a market. Don't miss the new market opposite, the food was to die for. The city was beautiful too. Take the tour bus and the two-day tour, since you can do different routes each day. The only issue was that the beds were very low, making it a bit difficult to get out. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect and I'd definitely go again. Big thanks to comtal for a great time!

The host was amazing, and the location was central. I booked through Air BnB. The place was clean but very basic, with the bare minimum of IKEA furniture. It was okay.
