Habitat Apartments Grace

We’re stuck outside waiting for help instead of sightseeing, and I really can’t recommend this apartment. The entrance lock is broken, so we waited over two hours for someone after arriving. It still wasn’t fixed, and once we left, we couldn’t get back in. The customer service office was terrible to reach.

The bathrooms look lovely, but they don’t work very well. The shared bathroom has no lock, and both showers drain so slowly that water spreads over half the bathroom. There are also only two sets of keys, which can be awkward when the apartment can sleep eight people in four pairs and everyone wants to go their own way. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully furnished, right in the city center and very close to the Sagrada Familia. We only stayed two nights, though it’s equipped for longer visits, with a range of amenities. Still, it’s a superb place to stay.

If you come here, please don’t disturb the neighbours. We’re tired of tourists making noise all day.

We had two Barcelona apartments with different layouts. In one, the bedroom and lounge were at the front, with the kitchen diner in the middle. The other had the kitchen diner and lounge at the front, which seemed like the nicer arrangement. Two bedrooms were nice, while the other two were very basic, especially the twin rooms. The showers were okay. The apartments were generally very clean and in a great location, and I’d happily return.
