Happy People Ramblas Harbour

The cleanliness was shocking. The sofa was stained and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, there was a musty smell throughout, and the bathroom had mold and black grime around the edges. We also had to take out the trash and do the dishes to avoid a cleaning fine. For what we paid, I feel like they should have paid us to stay. It was hard to rest at all. The beds were horrendous and we barely slept, while the walls and windows let in light and noise from nearby apartments and the stairwells. The staircase was narrow and dark, nothing like we expected. The apartment lights didn’t work properly, and we were worried the ceiling fan might fall from the roof. The online photos were completely misleading, and the materials and upkeep felt poor. Conditions were far below standard. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and after all that I feel I should be asking for a full refund. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It isn’t worth the time or money.

The apartment was well equipped, and the AC worked perfectly during the hot Barcelona weather, so we had no issues with it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood while still being central. After booking, they send instructions covering payment, check-in, and the other information you need. Once you’ve completed everything, the digital keys appear on your phone on arrival day. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this place.

A Lidl supermarket is just around the corner, and La Rambla isn’t too far away. The accommodation was really nice, with a little welcome pack of basic essentials, comfortable beds, and hot showers.

We stayed May 3rd to 5th, and having morning coffee on the terrace was a highlight. The apartment was beautifully designed, warm, and cozy, in an excellent location. Everything was spotless and all the amenities worked as they should, including the keyless entry app, shower heater, kitchen equipment, and TV. I hope future guests have a wonderful stay, especially couples looking for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended!
