Hostal Levante

Fernando at reception deserves a special thanks. He was always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything, and his attitude made our stay even better. We stayed in room 101, and the whole hotel felt comfortable and well cared for. It was clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping regularly cleaning the rooms and keeping everything fresh and tidy.

I especially want to thank Fernando at reception. In all my years travelling in different countries, I’ve never met anyone in the service industry so kind and pleasant. He treats guests like family, not customers. I hope you read this, Fernando. Thanks again for your kindness and care. You’re a legend! The hostel is right in the heart of the old city, with everything within walking distance, including the metro, restaurants, and shops. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning. If something broke or another issue came up, it was fixed quickly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke several languages, which helped guests feel comfortable. Everything about our stay at Hostel de Levante in Barcelona was great.

We felt safe there as two women, and the room was clean with working air conditioning. The staff were lovely, and although the street was busy, it stayed pretty quiet inside. Buses and the metro are close by, too. My only issue was the bedding: there was just a tiny sheet, and the larger one they provided was stained, so I didn't feel comfortable using it. We'd happily stay again if we're back in Barcelona. :)

The room was cleaned daily and was very clean, and the staff were happy to answer all our questions. We found a little alley that took us straight to Las Ramblers square in about five minutes. There are lots of cafés and bars nearby, including an Irish bar just 20 yards from the Hostal, but we couldn't hear it at night. I'd definitely recommend it.
