For 200 euros a night, I could hear every little sound from the room next door, including someone using the toilet and taking a bath. The highlight was falling asleep to a guest farting in the bath. The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the lack of soundproofing made this the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in by a long way. It really sucked.

The room was small, the breakfast was poor and didn't taste good, and the elevator wasn't working, so we had to carry our things upstairs. The bed linen was dirty, and my wife was bitten by insects during the night. 🤬🤬 We couldn't sleep because the rooms have no sound insulation. The night at this hotel was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone hoping for a calm, pleasant vacation.

The room had no sound insulation, and the towels were never changed. On our last day, we mentioned the towels to reception, but the room was dirty, the bed was a mess, and the towels had just been thrown on the couch. It's a shame, because the location near ramplas road was so good. The receptionists were kind and always smiling.

For a one-star place, it was great: a nice, clean room with a small balcony overlooking the street.

Getting around was easy since the hotel was close to the metro, and it was surprisingly quiet too. The location was great, and we had a comfortable stay. The one thing I'd mention is that the man at reception could have been a little friendlier. Otherwise, everything was fine.
