Hotel Praktik Rambla

The bed was VERY comfortable, and I really appreciated the daily croissant plus the water, tea, and coffee that were always available. That's a great offering. The shower floor was VERY slippery, though, and the step down felt dangerous for anyone over 50. I'd come back to your place!

The central location made it easy to get around Barcelona, and the metro was close by. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were amazing. We could refill reusable bottles at the water machine, though it was broken on our last day. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced for what it offers. There was a lot of noise. Staff put out delicious croissants each morning, but the sound woke us regularly even though our room was a few floors away. We also had to switch rooms partway through because of flooding below us. No apology or compensation was offered, which was disappointing. If location and value matter most and you're not a light sleeper, it's a decent option.

The terrace gets lovely sun through the first half of the day, so it was great for working outdoors. I stayed six nights and found the staff friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were beautiful, and the location was super convenient. Having croissants each morning, plus espresso and sparkling water available around the clock, was a lifesaver. I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved Hotel Praktik Rambla, a beautiful historic building with clean, peaceful rooms and gracious, helpful staff. The patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee. Its location made it easy to explore Eixample, Gothic Quarter, Gracia, El Born, and the Sagrada Familia on foot. Taxis were always available across the street, with subway stations just a few blocks away. There isn't a restaurant on site, but food is easy to find right outside, from tapas places and cafes to coffee shops and bakeries. This stylish hotel exceeded our expectations, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
