Hotel & Spa Villa Olímpic@ Suites

The staff at reception and the spa were so lovely and helpful, and the service was spot on. Our room was clean and worked well for the three of us, with a bunk bed and a main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back.

The suite gave us room to properly relax after days of exploring, often walking 25,000-30,000 steps. For our family, having that extra space made a real difference over an 8-day stay. The hotel also has a pool and gym; the pool was nice for downtime, and our daughter used the gym once. We liked the location on the edge of Poblenou. It felt like a mix of a modern urban neighborhood and a more local residential area, which suited a longer stay. We could walk roughly 20 minutes toward either the city center or the beaches, so planning flexible days without relying much on transport was easy. We wanted somewhere connected to the main sights but away from the busiest tourist areas, where we could unwind after long days. Hotel & Spa Villa Olímpic@ Suites (ZT Hotel Villa Olímpica Suites) was a practical, well-balanced home base for our trip.

The restaurant was a little expensive, but fine. We stayed with our baby and found the place spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the neighborhood was excellent. Check out the Thai restaurants. We'd highly recommend it and would return.

The spa has a warm indoor pool with massage jets, several massage rooms, plenty of places to sit and relax or read, a sauna, a cold plunge pool, a jacuzzi, and more. Those amenities are free, though massages cost extra. There's also a big breakfast buffet for 18 Euros, about $20 USD. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge shower and a separate toilet area with a bidet. Getting around was easy, with bus, train, and taxi access nearby and taxi stands right outside the hotel. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the city center and the airport. I just wish the hotel were in a different location.
