The room was clean and cute, and having a communal kitchen and terrace was a lovely extra. It’s right by Metro Tetuan, so the location is brilliant. Communication was great, and I got a very friendly welcome and a helpful introduction to the room and facilities. The only downside was the noisy water system. I’d recommend it.

It felt like coming home, staying in an apartment in its own separate building. On arrival, they showed me how to get in, pointed out my room, and explained the general rules. The daily cleaning was right on time and done very well. It’s also a great location for getting around on foot.

The rooms are spacious and the location is good, but the building is very old. There can be an unpleasant smell in the room, from food or smoke, and I found it overpriced for what’s offered.

It has a very good location and an authentic room, but there’s no soundproofing. You can hear the street noise from the rooms.

Nice atmosphere, and the beds were good!
