Ilunion Les Corts Spa Hotel

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, which was all we needed since we just wanted to shower and sleep. We also had dinner and drinks at the hotel, and both were fresh and tasty. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, including good coffee and juices. We were there for a weekend mainly for the football game, and the stadium was close enough to walk to in about 8 minutes. The metro was also nearby for sightseeing. Check-in was easy, and the receptionists explained everything clearly. They were kind from the moment we arrived and even gave my son a pack of Haribo. The spa was being renovated, but we knew that when we booked, so we’ll come back and try it next time. Thanks!

We stayed for two weeks, and the staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the stadium, though a little farther from the tourist attractions. The cleaning team came almost every day to make the beds and restock the room. Breakfast costs extra, but it was delicious and well worth it. The spa was also nice and had an additional charge. Nights could be a bit loud, so I’d suggest bringing earplugs.

The value for the price wasn’t there, and we wouldn’t return or recommend the hotel at this cost. We first saw the unrenovated section and immediately decided to pay extra for a renovated room because the older rooms were so dated and run-down. That was frustrating, especially since those rooms were already expensive. The renovated room was clean, and closing the curtains made it dark. But the rooms were noisy, with sounds coming through from outside and neighboring rooms; mornings were especially loud. Ventilation and the bathroom drain were extremely slow. There was just one mirror, in the bathroom, and it only showed half the body. The hotel is beside the stadium but far from the city.

The breakfast got repetitive after a few days, since the buffet was the same each morning. Aside from that, we had a good stay. Our family room fit four of us comfortably, with separate beds for the kids. The location made getting around easy: a short walk to the metro, around a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s also a grocery store close by for things like water and sunscreen.
